What is T-Home?

Simultaneously with the renewal of Magyar Telekom, during the autumn of 2008 the T-Home brand – replacing brand names T-Com, T-Online and T-Kábel – was introduced in Hungary as well. T-Home integrates home related communication and entertaining services including internet, television and telephony offered to both for residential and small business customers and covering the area of working, information and relaxation.

How can I buy the services?

T-Home services may be purchased with the assistance of our Call Center available on phone number 1412 as well as at T-Pont and T-Partner shops. Information on shops nearest to you can be obtained on the site „Looking for shops” by selecting the given county or district and by pressing the „Search” button.

What is T-Home discount?

This is a system of discounts where major discount may be granted on key services of the new T-Home portfolio, depending on the number of used basic services (TV, Internet, telephone). Further conditions of making use of the discount are shown on the site of T-Home residential discounts.

What are the conditions of using T-Home discount?

The aggregation of invoices is a fundamental condition of the discount (a common bill comprising the used services is sent to the customer).One customer (identified with one account number) shall use the services provisioned at one installation address. The customer shall pay for the services from one current account and shall have a service package entitling him to the discount. Further conditions of making use of the discount are shown on the site of T-Home residential discounts.

How can I use it?

For becoming entitled to the discount the services used previously as well shall first be included in one invoice. This can be done personally at T-Pont and T-Partner shops; or if the various services are used by the same customer then the issue can be arranged also by phone, calling our customer service number 1412. T-Home discount is granted in case of subscription or change to services and tariff plans identified in the new T-Home portfolio. On what services do I get a discount?

What does the rate (amount) of discount depend on?

The rate of discount depends on the number of T-Home basic services. Previous T-Com and T-Online tariff plans not traded any more in the T-Home portfolio (e.g. ADSL Optimum, Kábelnet Start or former Favorite tariff plans) on which no discount is granted are also considered as T-Home basic service. If two and three basic services are used then „T-Home Double discount” and „T-Home Triple discount” respectively may be granted. What is the Connection („Kapcsolat”) Program?

The Connection Program is the common loyalty program of T-Home and T-Mobile, launched with the purpose of recognizing and rewarding the loyalty of our customers by offering them a number of advantages and higher level service. Members of the Connection Program are entitled (if the necessary conditions are fulfilled) to several discounts (advantages).. Basic level T-Home Connection discounts,. Basic level T-Mobile Connection discounts,. Moreover new, unique registration level Connection Premium discounts offered jointly by T-Home and T-Mobile,. Allowances granted by our partners involved in the discount scheme (e.g. restaurants, hotels)"

Who can participate at basic level in the Connection Program?

All T-Home and T-Mobile customers may participate in the Connection Program without any registration (except in the case where the program regulations exclude such participation on account of the use of some discount, the conclusion of an agreement or some other reasons).Customers participating at basic level in the Connection Program can collect Connection Points.If the sufficient number of Connection Points are collected and the conditions specified in the regulations of the loyalty program are fulfilled then they can reach the Gold or Platinum level in terms of being entitled to discounts.By doing so members of the Connection Program will be authorized to get Connection Gold Card or Connection Platinum Card.
