What is T-Home?

Simultaneously with the renewal of Magyar Telekom, in the autumn of 2008 the T-Home brand – replacing brand names T-Com, T-Online and T-Kábel – was introduced in Hungary as well.T-Home integrates home related communication and entertaining services including Internet, television and telephony offered to both residential and small business customers and covering the area of working, information and relaxation.

How can I buy the services?

T-Home services may be purchased with the assistance of our CallCenter available on phone number 1435 as well as at T-Pont and T-Partner shops. What is T-Home Business discount?

T-Home Business discount means the reduction of monthly recurring charges, offered to our customers subscribing simultaneously to Internet and voice service.The rate (amount) of the discount on Internet and voice service depends on the given tariff plan.T-Home Business discount may be granted to those who subscribe to DSL Office, Optinet Office or Kábelnet Office package and to some of the voice tariff plans that can be ordered in addition to the given Internet package.

What are the conditions of using T-Home Business discount?

T-Home Business discount may be granted to a business subscriber who declares that he intends to use the services as business customer, would like to receive T-Home Business discounts, wants to use both Internet and telephone service and concludes a 1-year (fixed term) commitment contract for the Internet service.

On what services do I get a discount?

T-Home Business discount can be granted to subscribers who use both the telephone and broadband Internet service and conclude a 1-year fixed term commitment contract for the Internet service. A major discount on the monthly recurring charges of Internet service is always granted and additional discount on the monthly fee of the telephone service is also given in case of most telephone tariff plans.

What does the rate (amount) of discount depend on?

The amount of discount on broadband Internet service depends on the type of the Internet tariff plan – a greater discount is given for higher bandwidth tariff plans. It also depends on the given tariff plan whether a discount on the monthly recurring charges of telephone service is also granted, in addition to the discount on the monthly fee of Internet service.

The subscriber of Internet service is the company, while the telephone line is in my own subscription. Can I make use of T-Home discount?

One condition of using T-Home Business discount is that the Customer shall declare that both services (Internet and telephone) included in one invoice will be utilized by the same subscriber (the name of subscribers is identical). Therefore in this case the residential telephone subscription will be transferred to the company’s current account in the frame of a simple takeover, so following the selection of the adequate T-Home Business tariff plan for telephone service and the Internet package you can be entitled to T-Home Business discount. Our colleagues at T-Pont shops and on phone number 1435 will be happy to assist you.

I have several lines. Can I get T-Home Business discount on all of them?

The T-Home Business discount is a line level price reduction and may be granted on maximum three lines included in one invoice. Therefore if you have more lines included in one invoice then T-Home Business discount may be granted on three of them. Further conditions of using the discounts are shown on the site „Description of discounts” under menu item „Tariff plans, campaigns”.

The subscriber of the telephone line is the company (I am an entrepreneur), while the Internet is in my own subscription. Can I get discount?

Can I use T-Home Business discount in the service area of Invitel and UPC Telekom as well?

If you subscribe to some T-Home ADSL package and Profit Business Partner or Profit 100 Partner voice tariff plan in the service area of Invitel then by signing a 1-year commitment contract for the Internet tariff plan a discount on the monthly recurring charges is given as a result of the offered T-Home Business discounts.
The T-Home Business discount does not apply to our offers made in the service area of UPC Telekom (previously Monortel).

What is the Connection („Kapcsolat”) Program?

The Connection Program is the common loyalty program of T-Home and T-Mobile, launched with the purpose of recognizing and rewarding the loyalty of our customers by offering them a number of advantages and higher level service. Members of the Connection Program are entitled (if the necessary conditions are fulfilled) to several discounts (advantages).. Basic level T-Home Connection discounts,. Basic level T-Mobile Connection discounts,. Moreover new, unique registration level Connection Premium discounts offered jointly by T-Home and T-Mobile,. Allowances granted by our partners involved in the discount scheme (e.g. restaurants, hotels)"

Who can participate at basic level in the Connection Program?

All T-Home and T-Mobile customers may participate in the Connection Program without any registration (except in the case where the program regulations exclude such participation on account of the use of some discount, the conclusion of an agreement or some other reasons). Customers participating at basic level in the Connection Program can collect Connection Points. If the sufficient number of Connection Points are collected and the conditions specified in the regulations of the loyalty program are fulfilled then they can reach the Gold or Platinum level in terms of being entitled to discounts. By doing so members of the Connection Program will be authorized to get Connection Gold Card or Connection Platinum Card.
