What is Kombi (Combined)/Kombi Plus business discount?

The Kombi/Kombi Plus discount is granted to our customers if they subscribe simultaneously to a given T-Home business tariff plan for fixed line telephone (Gratis 200/IPOffice 200/Cablephone Office 200), T-Home business tariff plan for fixed line Internet (DSL, Optinet or Kábelnet Office Standard for Kombi discount and DSL, Optinet or Kábelnet Office Plus for Kombi Plus discount) and T-Mobile business tariff plan for mobile phone (Etalon L) and the further conditions specified for Kombi discount are also fulfilled. The Kombi business discount may not be granted together with T-Home business discount and the loyalty discount for Gratis 200 tariff plan. For more information please call 1435.

What is T-Home Business discount?

Simultaneously with the introduction of T-Home brand we established a system of discounts for business customers, enabling us to offer better services to loyal clients for more attractive tariffs.

What does it mean in practice?

A T-Home business subscriber who – in addition to his conventional (analog/ISDN), digital or cable telephone tariff plan – makes use of one of our business Internet tariff plans (DSL Office, Optinet Office or Kábelnet Office) and signs a 1-year loyalty contract for the Internet package becomes entitled to T-Home Business discount if other conditions specified for the system of discounts are also fulfilled. The T-Home Business discount may result in lower monthly recurring charges for both the Internet and the telephone tariff plan.

What is the difference between the T-Home Business discount and its residential equivalent?

Unlike the scheme worked out for residential customers, the system of business discounts includes only Internet and telephone services. Naturally IPTV subscription may also be requested in addition to the above-mentioned two services but no discount can be granted on IPTV service.

T-Home business discount is provided for several combinations of tariff plans:

The offered digital telephone tariff plans may not be used independently, only with DSL and Optinet tariff packages. Naturally our DSL and Optinet tariff plans may also be ordered independently, without telephone service but in this case the subscriber is not entitled to T-Home Business discount. T-Home business discount can be granted to customers with existing telephone subscription as well if they order DSL or Optinet Internet tariff plan. In this case the subscription to IPOffice tariff plan is not required for making use of the discount.

General conditions concerning the discounts:

• Within the system of T-Home Business discounts the migration from one package to another is optional and no sanctions are imposed (when changing from a service with commitment to another with commitment) in respect of both telephone and Internet tariff plans; however, the rate of discount may be modified in such cases.
• The discount can be granted only in case of 1-year commitment for the Internet tariff plan.
• During the commitment (loyalty) period the packages may be cancelled for a sanctioning fee. Following the expiry of the commitment period the T-Home business discount is no more applied; from that time on the cancellation does not result in any sanction. In case of another commitment the discount becomes applicable again according to the current conditions specified for the system of discounts.
• Provisions concerning subscribers with several lines:
  • The rate of discount may change by lines.
  • Maximum 3 lines covered by one payment agreement can be included in T-Home discount.
  • Further lines also can be covered by the payment agreement but no T-Home Business discount may be granted on such lines. In this case the Customer can select the three lines for which the T-Home discount is requested and the loyalty agreement is signed.
• For making use of T-Home business discount the installation address of the services shall be the same, the customer subscribing to them shall be the same, and the customer shall make a statement that both services billed on a common invoice are used by him as business customer.
• The discount may be applied to customers subscribing to a former ADSL tariff plan if they migrate from their current ADSL package to one of our new tariff plans; in this case the commitment period starts again.
• As for our telephone tariff plans the migration is not obligatory, unless the subscriber had previously a residential tariff plan.

System of T-Home business discounts in the service area of Invitel

As of April 27, 2009 T-Home extended the scope of business discounts to its business tariff plans available within the service areas of Invitel Zrt.

Within the service area of Invitel Zrt. T-Home discount may be granted to business subscribers who conclude a 1-year commitment agreement for their ADSL service and make use of one T-Home telephone tariff plan offered to business subscribers by means of carrier preselection. The discount will be applied while the telephone tariff plan used by means of carrier preselection is active. For making use of the discount the provisioning address shall be the same; the subscriber receives a common invoice on the services provided. (In case of telephone service the subscriber receives a separate invoice from its access provider.)
In every other respect the conditions are identical with those of T-Home business discounts applicable in the service area of Magyar Telekom.
